By using OakSpring Fintech pages or purchasing an available learning product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Educational scope
OakSpring content is general education about financial technology, product practice, technology, and governance. It is not personal financial, investment, tax, legal, lending, or compliance advice, and no outcome is promised.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter an agreement in your location. Demonstration sign-in and registration dialogs do not create accounts. If account features are later introduced, you are responsible for accurate details and protecting credentials.
4. Orders and payment
The current cart is a demonstration that stores selections locally and opens a confirmation message. It does not process payment or create a completed purchase unless a future secure checkout explicitly states otherwise.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape private information, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, or use content to support unlawful activity.
6. Intellectual property
OakSpring Fintech names, course text, structure, design, and original materials belong to OakSpring Fintech or its licensors. You may use purchased or authorized materials for personal learning and may not resell, republish, or distribute them without written permission.
7. Availability and disclaimers
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that every course suits every professional need. External services and internet connections may affect availability.
8. Changes and termination
We may revise content, features, prices, or these terms when appropriate. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. We may restrict access when necessary to protect the service, users, or legal interests.
